Introduction

PropTech by Globalland is a cloud-based residential system (web-based system) / application (mobile application) which is meant to be used by property developers, property managers, homeowners / unit owners, visitors, tenants, and other individuals and personnel related to the administration and use of the property within the community managed by Globalland.

This privacy policy applies to all communications and services made within the system / application, as well as all related in connection to the provision of services such as but not limited to, websites, social media pages, chat applications, and etc.

YOUR CONSENT

By using our System / Application (‘Services”), websites and other online services, you are consenting to the collection, generation, use, processing, storage, retention and disclosure of your Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. You likewise agree to the Terms of Use and to our use of cookies.

In addition thereto, and with respect to Personal Information you disclosed or supplied about/from Related Person/s, it shall be your duty and responsibility to:

  3. service logs which include details of your transactions and interactions with us or to any user of our services, through our system / application or through other channels, your billing address and details of the services availed;
  4. payment details used for the availment of our services or for the services of the community managed (the “client” which availed our services in behalf of its homeowners / unit owners or related personnel and individuals);
  5. your bank account information (which we will not have access to as they will be managed by payment providers)
  6. information collected about your participation in our (or of the community) promotions and competitions or attendance at events and of the as provided in your application forms, recordings you or we have made, details of your guests in connection with any promotions and competitions you have entered or won, or other information related to your attendance at events, including any access assistance requirements you may have;
  7. information about your use of our chat rooms, message boards, social media pages or other interactive forums including any comments, photos, videos or other information that you post online;
  8. marketing and communication preference and information to help us determine what products and services may be of interest to you;
  9. correspondence with you including any feedback, complaints and comments from you via telephone, email or records of any online, paper or in-person correspondence and interactions between us. If you have communicated with us by phone, we will collect details of the phone number you used to call us and any information collected via a call recording;
  10. information from documents you sent or attached to support your concerns or requests, and
  11. Anti-fraud information relating to your situation, your creditworthiness or any criminal or fraudulent activities, provided to us by you or third parties.

  9. To notify you about benefits and changes to the features of the PropTech by Globalland system / application

  12. To investigate, respond to, or defend claims made against, or involving PropTech by Globalland or Globalland, “the company”

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY

The Company does not knowingly accept, collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In the event that Personal Information was inadvertently collected from children under the age of 13, parents may either give consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the child’s personal information or request the removal of the child's personal information, by contacting the Company.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of changes, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted in the system / application, and where appropriate notified to you by e-mail and will take effect immediately.
